Windcliff Partners is supporting the sale of the Big Mat Gourmand group to the Stoker Group.

This sale allows Big Mat Gourmand to benefit from additional resources and operational synergies, thus strengthening its product offering and expanding its customer base. It marks a significant milestone for both companies, consolidating their positions in the local market and opening up new growth opportunities.

The Stoker Group, for its part, is expanding its presence in Burgundy-Franche-Comté with the acquisition of 5 stores around Auxerre, consolidating its position on the local market and offering a wide range of products and services to its customers.
